We deploy a complete branded festival environment — 570 seats, 2,000 linear feet of fence line, tents, signage and family attractions — across 20+ events in 2027, routed around the immersive advertising partner’s needs. Placement strategy is grounded in peer-reviewed recall research, and every activation returns engagement data you can act on.
Each event deploys our activation compound: a defined, branded footprint on the grounds. Activation spaces sit inside the group, surrounded by branded seating and cocktail tables that hold dwell time where your team is working — three are available to brand partners, alongside the primary marketing partner. For positions beyond the group, we facilitate your application with the festival directly; placement outside the group is the event's call.
A standard highway billboard is 672 square feet, read at 300 feet for a few seconds. This program surrounds the guest with more than fifteen times that surface — at arm's length, for hours — with the booths working at the centre of it.

Request the full proposalThe activation cohort runs at a flat rate every event — and drops when you commit to the full season. This is the staffed activation side; passive placement blocks are claimed separately on the inventory board.
The season schedule is built around the main sponsor's target markets and the events available — and we commit to an event only once its 2027 plans are confirmed with the organizer. No placeholder promises: confirmed markets appear here as they lock.
Shared billboard inventory for partners — your brand co-branded with the event itself, building positive local association. Digital billboards as low as $45 per day when the event's advertising budget supports the remainder — $59/day otherwise.
Category exclusivity applies inside the partner group: one brand per category and a clean share of voice — competitive clutter measurably halves brand recall (Keller, 1991), so the group stays small. Beyond the compound, large grounds can host hundreds of activations, and we facilitate those too: applications, placement and logistics, through the same team with the same reporting.
