How Much Does Brand Activation Cost in Ontario? (2027 Rates)
The short answer
On our 2027 Southwestern Ontario circuit, brand activation starts far below what most marketers expect:
- Billboard co-advertising — as low as $45 per day per digital face, contingent on the event's advertising budget covering the remainder of the buy; $59/day otherwise. Your brand paired with the event's own promotion along circuit routes and in host markets, creative included.
- Single event, at the event's own price. Full-scale activation spaces up to 40×40′ with sales and giveaways; current per-event pricing is visible after creating a free account. We handle the application.
- Season activation cohort — $5,000 per event, or $2,500 per event when you book the full season of at least 20 events. A consistent, category-exclusive staffed activation presence at every stop.
- Placement blocks — priced by the block. Claim branded surfaces (tables, fence line, tents, flags, signage, the trailer) in blocks; you pay for placement, printing, storage, logistics and labour across the season. The more you hold, the higher your brand score.
- Main sponsorship — priced by request. Hold nearly every block — especially the 53′ trailer — for a single-brand environment with maximum retention and zero clutter. Full infrastructure and two 10×20 booths, deployed and removed by our crew.
What the price includes
These are facilitated rates, not raw space rental. Every option includes the work: the application handled, the placement negotiated, the infrastructure deployed and removed, and engagement data reported after each event. Comparable trade-show presence typically runs $5,000–$15,000 per show before labour — and returns no environmental placement at all.
How to choose
Brands testing the channel usually start with single-event promotion or co-branding, measure the engagement numbers, and scale into season placements. The season rates exist because repetition is where recall is won — the research puts maximum recall at 8–10 exposures per person.
